Supply Chain Coordinator Nordics and Benelux Region - Life Science

Overall objective of the role

To be the operative and administrative responsible for Supply Chain coordination with European HQ, European Central Warehouse and the local Wholesalers and customers in the Nordic and Benelux countries. Provide support to accounting and ESG tasks.

Key Accountabilities (responsibilities and main tasks)

  • To be responsible for the company’s supply chain and logistics process incl forecasting, backorder reporting and inventory
  • To support with accounting of supply related invoices and reconciliations
  • To be responsible for inventory processes
  • To manage the distribution/logistic processes for the flow of goods (incl import/export)
  • To secure that VAT, customs and Intrastat procedures are followed
  • Support internal/external control processes and audits
  • To handle daily contact and issue solving with Arvato and Nordic wholesalers and Benelux customers
  • To handle all supply chain management in line with the company´s forecasting and purchase processes.
  • Ensure that the company´s Supply Chain activities are in line with EU and local GDP guidelines
  • To handle and be responsible for that all prices are updated in the system
  • Participate and contribute to the ESG work
