Nordic Medical Responsibilities 
 Nordic medical lead for Nephro products giving input to brand product portfolio strategy.

 Medical lead in the cross-functional launch team relating to Nephrology products.

 Review and sign-off of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure compliance.

 Leverage clinical and scientific data to the Nordics.

 Act as primary Medical Advisor/Expert towards the Nordics

 Responsible for medical training of Medice staff relating to Nephrology within Nordics

 Responsible of executing project defined in the defined Medical plan.

 Facilitate and give input to marketing material used.

 Identify, establish, and give scientific input to agreed Advisory Boards

 Support the sales teams in bigger meetings (and F2F visits on request)

 Arrange and participate in international congresses.

 Collaborate with local country managers to implement the plans in the market.

Nordic Project Responsibilities (10%)

 Drive setup of a common Nordic Quality System

 Drive Nordic Pharmacovigilance Setup

Education
 Educated physician, pharmacist or similar

Experience
 +5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
 +5 years of experience from a similar position within the Pharma industry
 Experience within nephrology disease area is a must.
 Experience within the urology area is a plus.
 Experience from Nordic medical setup and Nordic exposure
 Prior experience with handling of quality systems and pharmacovigilance is beneficial
 Customer-facing experience and experience with managing KOL stakeholder relationships
