We are looking for an experienced MedTech professional to head up the Global Product Management team in one of the business areas at a Swedish MedTech company.
The company is one of the leading in it's business area and is listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. The business is global with subsidiaries in about 40 countries and representation in another 80 around the globe.
You will have 4-6 direct reports and you will be reporting to the VP Global Marketing. You will be responsible to bridge the gap between market needs and the company's R&D efforts, so you should be able to communicate both with clients and the R&D department.
As a candidate you have to have international experience working and living outside Europe. You have at least 10 years experience from the MedTech industry preferably advanced critical care products. Experience from anesthesia business is a plus. You have an university degree in engineering, business or medicine. Your main strengths should be strategy, leadership, communication and business acumen. You should have a strong intrinsic drive and enjoy working in an international high paced environment. The company is striving for fast internal processes and decentralized desicion making. As the position is based at the division headquarter, the possibility to influence strategic marketing questions is good.
