As Tender Manager for Baxter you will play a key role in shaping the future success of the company by leading and executing the tender management process in Sweden. We are looking for someone who can develop the role by applying strong commercial understanding and collaboration skills, as well as by building networks.
As project lead for all tenders, you will ensure that all tenders relevant for Baxter are identified, communicated and processed. The Tender Manager acts as a main point of contact to tender bodies on regional and national level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Active participation in Nordic Bids & Tender team work
• Active participation in country management work
• Strategic stakeholder management
• Drive national tender negotiations for Baxter’s products in Sweden
• Internal coordination for implementing the commercial strategy in tenders
• Set up relevant tender management teams for new tenders
• Coordinate correct tender prices in collaboration with Commercial
• Analyze and develop new innovative tender strategies
• Proactively understand and apply innovation in Swedish tender work
Qualifications
• Experience in tender management
• Commercial mindset
• Ability to represent Baxter to external stakeholders
• Skills to build customer relationships
• Ability to lead complex processes
• Financial awareness
• Good written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• Structured way of working
• University or business degree (preferably in economics or health care system)
• Experience in working with the health care sector
• Knowledge of the industry value chain and regulatory environment
• Thorough knowledge of local tender, pricing and reimbursement processes
• Experience in sales/marketing preferable
