Global Marketing Manager Med Tech - Life Science

We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager Wound Care to a listed Medtech company with HQ in Stockholm.

Purpose of Position

1.     To ensure flawless commercialization of the company´s wound care products by taking them to local markets and giving the local sales organization needed marketing support.

Creating and synchronizing optimal marketing mix to support the business process.

Accountabilities

  • Secure a structured working method and structure for commercializing the company´s wound care producs.
  • Creating  customer focused go to market plans and efficient life cycle management, implementation of strategy, tactics and portfolio plan including follow up on execution and support to markets.
  • Driving enhanced customer insights.
  • Creation of sales and marketing materials based on customer insights creating added value to the sales process.
  • Driving Distribution Marketing needs
  • Defining and managing defined marketing channels to optimize customer impact.
  • Ensuring business intelligence within given segment/s.

Education and experience

  • BA or MBA in marketing.
  • 10 years experience in marketing of medical/pharmaceutical products.
  • Experience in supporting sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding in sales processes and decision making.
  • Deep understanding and know-how in digital marketing.
  • Experience from working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Good knowledge in English.
