Senior Supply Manager, Skåne

Senior Supply Manager to a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company in Skåne

You should have at least 10 years of experience in qualified work related to supply planning, pharmaceutical supply and distribution. You possess strong knowledge of ERP systems and have preferably specified and implemented such systems. You understand and can define supply KPIs and are capable of conducting business reviews related to suppliers. Overall, you have a comprehensive understanding of supply from a holistic perspective — including forecasting, purchasing, follow-up and delivery.

 Tasks within the Supply Chain team
• Interact with external partners, Suppliers and Customers
• Analyze and optimize supply and distribution of pharmaceuticals
• Place, follow up and receive orders from customers and suppliers
• Conduct Supplier management reviews
• Handle serialization topics, including setup with new suppliers
• Coordinate samples and analysis with release-laboratories
• Contact with distributors, pharmacies and governments
• Contact with out-licensing partners
• GMP & GDP tasks of supply chain such as update of SOP's, change controls, Risk assessment of transport routes
• Participate in Sales and operational planning
• Set-up and handling of Supply KPI's
• Analyzing optimal stock levels and secure stock levels above safety levels
• Strategic partner with licensing and sourcing team in the company
• Booking of transports and optimal setup

Experiences
• Experience in supply of pharmaceuticals is a must
• Trouble-shooting in a fast pace environment
• Implementing of new ERP systems is a plus

Education

University degree in economics or engineering (supply) or another related discipline
