Commercial Manager – Denmark
Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to become part of the Scandinavian Women’s Health Care (WHC) team.
This role is located in Hyllie, Malmö, and will be offered under a Swedish employment contract.
Role Overview:
As Commercial Manager,you will play a key role in advancing Exeltis’ Women’s Health portfolio in Denmark. Your mission will be to identify and engage with influential stakeholders, boost product visibility, and help secure a strong market position for our WHC products.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively and proactively with the Sales Manager and Nordic Category Manager to increase awareness of Exeltis’ product range.
• Design, implement, and monitor action plans that align with both budgetary constraints and the broader Nordic strategy.
• Set clear priorities and lead projects that drive portfolio growth, considering both the product lifecycle and the patient journey.
• Continuously identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other important stakeholders in the WHC field, focusing on those with significant influence.
• Proactively seek out partnership and engagement opportunities with relevant organizations and stakeholders. Collaborate with KOLs to organize educational initiatives for healthcare professionals, raising the profile of Exeltis products.
• Take responsibility for selecting, organizing, and participating in industry events such as congresses, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing activities in partnership with the Nordic marketing team.
• Ensure the availability and quality of marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage the national marketing budget for Denmark.
• Provide support for pricing and reimbursement activities.
• Report directly to the Scandinavian Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications:
• University degree in business, economics, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Deep understanding of the Danish healthcare system.
• Solid knowledge of compliance and ethical standards in the Danish pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of both Danish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in the Women’s Health Care sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
