Business & Portfolio Manager, Nordics

About the Role
The Business & Portfolio Manager Nordics is responsible for the delivery of business and sales targets through Key Accounts, such as pharmacy chains and distributors. The successful candidate will work closely with other functions within the department and other functions both locally and in the broader organisation
The Business & Portfolio Manager Nordics will be responsible for growing the portfolio by negotiating prices, setting strategies and in-depth analyses.
The successful candidate will be capable of working in an international and multicultural environment to help drive the success of the company. He or she should be entrepreneurial with excellent IT knowledge. Importantly, given the high profile and accountability of the Business & Portfolio Manager Nordics, it is critical that the successful candidate operates with the highest degree of integrity, compliance and speed.

Key responsibilities
• Strengthen the sales growth of the existing portfolio and effectively manage the launch of new products.
• Set and implement strategies.
• Ensure fast uptake and sustainable growth of our products including launch of products in the area for the relevant account.
• Develop and document effective processes.
• Negotiate prices and other contract terms with external stakeholders.
• Decide on price strategies in discussion with the Head of Tenders Nordics and monitor competitors pricing/ pricing strategies.
• Identify and map all relevant products and stakeholders.
• Create detailed individual stakeholder plans which leads to mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Meet with relevant stakeholders in Nordics on a regular basis.
• Develop working relationships with external stakeholders such as pharmacy chains, Distributors etc.
• Monitor the logistics status for the relevant products.
• Initiate and manage the co-operation with other departments within the company as well as outside the company.
• Other activities as may be required, at the discretion of management.

About You

Qualifications
• Academic Degree in Economics/ Marketing, Natural Sciences or equivalent with an interest in the Health Care sector

Experience & Competences
• 3-5 years or more Experience/understanding of the Nordic pharmaceutical market within Key Account Management
• Deep knowledge and experience of working in various pricing and re-imbursement system in the Nordics
• Well proven negotiation skills within the pharmaceutical sector
• Demonstrates financial awareness and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value

Knowledge & Skills
• Results-oriented with excellent analytical, strategic, business planning, communication and decision-making skills
• Analytical skills in combination with the ability to draw conclusions and present them
• IT skills with deep knowledge in Excel and PPT
• History of developing strong working relationships with customers and KOL
• Scandinavian mother tongue and fluent in English
