Senior Tender Manager - pharmaceutical company located in Skåne

About the Role

•Management of all tender related activities within the company for the Nordic market
•Support to the rest of the company regarding tender related issues and "Lagen om Offentlig Upphandling" (LOU).
•Responsible for pricing (applications and internal implementation)

What You’ll Do:
• Compile and submit all tender offers in the Nordic Market
• Ensure that the company are informed about new tenders
• Follow up each tender and to initiate actions, if needed, regarding our contractual responsibilities towards the customer during the tender period.
• To meet with the customers (purchasers, members of therapeutic groups) on a regular basis during the tender period.
• Archive all tender offers and agreement
• Decide prices in discussion with the Head of Tenders Nordics
• Monitor the logistics status
• Initiate and manage the cooperation with other departments within the company as well as outside the company to meet the requirements within each tender
• Ensure that the appropriate standards are applied within the company regarding LOU ("Lagen om Offentlig Upphandling")
• Responsible for the pricing within the company in co-operation with the Head of Tenders Nordics. As well responsible for the implementation internally of price changes
• Develop and document effective processes for tender management
• Monitor continuously of competitors pricing
• Other activities as may be required, at the discretion of management

About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.

Qualifications:
• Academic Degree in Economics/ Marketing, Natural Sciences or equivalent with an interest in Health Care sector

Experience & Competences:
• Experience/understanding of the Nordic pharmaceutical market is an advantage
• Thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value; demonstrates financial awareness
• Relevant experience and knowledge of the tender business from the pharmaceutical / MedTech industry in the Nordics

Knowledge & Skills:
• IT skills with deep knowledge in Excel and working in databases
• Scandinavian mother tongue and fluent in English
• Excellent analytical skills
