As Digital Project Manager you are responsible for the go to market of digital health products from the company. You will work together with the International Business Coordinator and the relevant headquarter teams like commercial operations, business or medical. This is a Scandinavian position with main focus on Sweden initially.
Your responsibilities are the following.
Market Access & Business Development:
Market Analysis: Evaluate market access pathways and identify interdependencies within pathways
Regulatory: Identify regulatory requirements (e.g., evidence) and coordinate project plan with cross-functional team
Product: Determine country specific requests and coordinate/agree on updates with Product Owner
Partner Projects: Negotiate with payers and collaborators, maintain and develop contracts and partnerships, contact with politics and authorities
Establishment of medigital as a Brand.
Attend and organize presence at country-specific digital health events, building a network in the digital health market
Commercial Operations:
Strategic Alignment: Adapt & communicate global commercial strategy for local markets and regulations
Sales Enablement & Support: Equip regional sales force with tool box for selling digital products
Digital Marketing: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales force to support revenue generation
Performance Analysis: Manage sales & marketing reporting and customer segmentation
Customer Engagement: Interface with users, HCPs and other relevant customers
KOL & Event Management: Identify KOLs and medigital friends and coordinate product representation at relevant congresses
Requirements:
• Completed studies in relevant fields such as health economics, business administration, health sciences or similar
• In-depth understanding of the digital health landscape, regulatory requirements and how health apps work
• Experience in digital health companies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good networking skills
• Fluent english, skills in other languages would be an advantage
