Product & Tender Manager - Life Science - Sweden

We are now looking for a Product & Tender Manager to join Roche Diagnostics. As a Product & Tender Manager you are a key contributor to future business and in addition you play an essential role in ensuring good customer experience and patient safety through quality focused product life cycle management. You will work in close collaboration with other internal commercial and operational functions locally in Sweden and globally.

Our office is based in Solna, Stockholm, but a field based location could also be considered for this position. Some traveling will however be required (mainly within Sweden, to customer sites and to the office in Stockholm).

Key Job Responsibilities:

Tender management:

  • Monitoring of upcoming Requests For Information (RFI:s) and tenders.
  • Project management of the tender proposal creation process. Ensuring the proposals to be submitted are aligned with the organization's requirements, our competitor insights and within customer deadlines.
  • Single point of contact for all correspondence with the customer during the tender phase.
  • Analyzing tender requirements/trends and developing our value proposition approach for key demands (such as sustainability).
  • Closely follow market development in relation to interpretation of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU), new regulations and tender praxis

 

Product Management:

  • The PTM is responsible for the product life cycle management for launched products and makes sure relevant information and knowledge is shared with the customers and colleagues (regarding product or supply issues)
  • Based on market insights the PTM provides improvement suggestions to regional/global product owners and in addition escalates troubleshooting in case of product/solution issues
  • Continuously stays updated on products/solution and competitors within diabetes care in order draft relevant business proposals

Furthermore, we are looking for system thinking capabilities, someone who is considering all business advantages and risks when creating proposals. Our new PTM is also a good communicator making sure our offers and customer letters are easy to understand, captures interest and has clear call-to actions.
