Nordic Medical Responsibilities
Nordic medical lead for Nephro products giving input to brand product portfolio strategy.
Medical lead in the cross-functional launch team relating to Nephrology products.
Review and sign-off of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure compliance.
Leverage clinical and scientific data to the Nordics.
Act as primary Medical Advisor/Expert towards the Nordics
Responsible for medical training of Medice staff relating to Nephrology within Nordics
Responsible of executing project defined in the defined Medical plan.
Facilitate and give input to marketing material used.
Identify, establish, and give scientific input to agreed Advisory Boards
Support the sales teams in bigger meetings (and F2F visits on request)
Arrange and participate in international congresses.
Collaborate with local country managers to implement the plans in the market.
Nordic Project Responsibilities (10%)
Drive setup of a common Nordic Quality System
Drive Nordic Pharmacovigilance Setup
Education
Educated physician, pharmacist or similar
Experience
+5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
+5 years of experience from a similar position within the Pharma industry
Experience within nephrology disease area is a must.
Experience within the urology area is a plus.
Experience from Nordic medical setup and Nordic exposure
Prior experience with handling of quality systems and pharmacovigilance is beneficial
Customer-facing experience and experience with managing KOL stakeholder relationships
