Our Client, a subsidiary to a global medical supply company, is looking to recruit a Business Excellence Manager. This position is based at the Swedish manufacturing plant in Uppsala. This is a new position and part of a global initiative. As Business Excellence Manager you will be responsible for execution and deployment of Business Excellence as well as working with process support and continuous improvements. The result should be increases in productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction across a range of processes and functions.
You are an analytical person with drive, motivation and good people skills. Enjoys working both operationally and strategic and have excellent communication skills. You have an advanced degree in preferably business, science or engineering discipline and a certification in Black Belt, or Master Black belt. Proven expertise in improvent methologies (DMAIC, DMADV, Lean and Six Sigma).
