For a small privately held MedTech company with a global market we are looking for an International Sales & Marketing Director. The company has become leader in the development of the Fluid Management segment on the European arthroscopy market.
Funds have been made available to ensure a global expansion of the company's products. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for all sales & marketing through distributors, partners and licensee partners.
The position has 4 direct reports.
The successful candidate has a proven track record in international MedTech sales management. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have experience from BTB sales in Europe and from starting up sales in non-European countries. You have excellent leadership skills and and experience from medical device contract negotiations.
