Regional Sales Manager (KAM) Nordics with focus on Finland MedTech

We are looking for an experienced MedTech sales person. Experienced in sales, business development, new market penetration, and account management within the medical device industry. You have strong analytical skills for identifying target healthcare organizations. Proven sales track record and trusted customer advisor in capital equipment.

Besides driving sales in your region we expect you to install systems, check instruments as per instructions, update software as needed, adjust examination plans, assist customers in reporting and solving issues, train new and existing staff, and report visits and problems in the CRM system and to the customer contact.

You have a strong can-do attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive client relationships. Proficient listener and communicator with strong verbal and written abilities. Confident, outgoing, persistent, and self-motivated. Demonstrated capability to work independently and as a team player. Holds a university degree in health science, life science, or biomedical analytics. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English. If you speak Finnish it is a plus.

Our client is a Swedish company based just outside Stockholm. They specialize in developing, manufacturing, and marketing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Their focus is on assessing microcirculation and peripheral perfusion, as well as addressing peripheral artery disease."
