Business Unit Manager, Lifescience

In this position, you will lead a KAM team (3 people) and one marketing assistant, based in Malmö and be part of the company’s leadership team. You will report directly to the general manager Nordics.

The company has an outstanding track record in its therapeutic area with several leading products and relentless focus on patients and healthcare personnel.

It is a challenging position in a fast-growing environment. We are searching for a driven individual with substantial experience of leading salespeople and of pharmaceutical marketing and cross-functional teamwork. 

You will translate global brand strategy into tactical plans at country level and drive the implementation of local brand activities. Identify the market potential and shape the communication and promotional strategies through existing and new channels, to achieve ambitious sales objectives and further establish the company as a preferred partner in the therapeutic area.

The BUM leads, coaches, motivates and develops the KAM team to deliver outstanding results now and in the evolving business. The BUM ensures maximization of the contribution of delivering sales against set budgets and other agreed performance targets. 

The BUM will him/herself develop a strong business relationship with key customers and influencers to maintain and expand existing business and capitalize on new business opportunities.
