Tommy Söderman

Tommy Söderman is an experienced leader with a documented track record of strong results. Tommy has worked for more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry across several positions, and almost five years in the Swedish healthcare sector, also in a leadership role. Throughout his career, Tommy has worked with recruitment, talent development, HR matters, and leadership in organizations with high demands on quality and profitability.

Tommy has worked across several different therapeutic areas, and geographically, when he was CEO of Ipsen, he was responsible for the Nordic and Baltic regions. Organizationally, Tommy has been responsible for everything from sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to medical and finance.

His primary driving force has been to build successful teams, create strong conditions for each individual to develop, and deliver results beyond expectations.

With his experience, Tommy focuses on recruitment and interim solutions for leadership positions within the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare sector.
