Nina has, with over 10 years of experience as a recruitment and interim manager within Life Sciences in the Nordics, built a solid track record of successful matches between clients, candidates, and consultants. This has resulted in a broad, strong, and trusted network within the industry.
Her driving force is a genuine passion for identifying, with commitment and fresh thinking, the most synergistic match between Life Science “superheroes” and forward-thinking companies within pharma, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics.
Nina has broad experience in recruiting roles at all levels, from commercial to senior medical positions, and is accustomed to working with organizations ranging from innovative start-ups to established global pharmaceutical companies.
In addition, Nina has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has held several roles within sales, marketing, and leadership, as well as experience living and working in the US. This combined background gives her a deep understanding of both the organization’s and the hiring manager’s challenges and opportunities.
