Niklas specializes in recruitment and interim solutions within Life Sciences. With 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in leadership roles, he has a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that may arise.

Niklas has personally led several cross-functional teams and has a broad understanding of various roles, including Business Unit Director/Manager, Sales Manager, Product Manager, Market Access Manager, Key Account Manager, as well as medical positions such as Medical Director, Medical Advisor, and MSL.

Since 2014, Niklas has worked with interim solutions and recruitment within Life Sciences, and during that time has built up a large network of clients, candidates, and consultants.
