Jan Friberg

With more than 14 years of experience in executive search as the head of Bondi in Sweden, Jan focuses on identifying top talent for leading companies in the Nordics. Assignments range from recruiting for executive management teams and CXO roles to board positions.

Areas of expertise include Pharmaceuticals/Finance, Private Equity, and Non-profit organizations. Extensive experience in managing international clients and assignments. Twenty years of experience as a senior/general manager make him well equipped to identify talent for leadership positions.

With experience from the consulting industry (McKinsey), he has developed a strong analytical toolkit that is highly applicable to executive search. Jan holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor of Medical Science from Karolinska Institutet.
