Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the Business Plan for the region
- To plan, lead and manage the budget process, budget presentations and financial reporting internally, to Europe and to HQ
- Develop and maintain the logistics and Finance/Administrative systems within the Company
- Manage internal and external audits
- To represent the cluster in Financial and Administrative meetings
- To act as deputy Managing Director
- The Finance & Administrative Director is a member of the Management team and thus carries the responsibility to contribute to the company development and success in all aspects of the business
