Göran van den Brink

Göran specializes in recruitment within Life Sciences, including medtech, biotech, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals. In recent years, he has primarily worked with small to medium-sized Swedish Life Science companies undergoing significant change. This may, for example, involve a company that needs a more commercially oriented CEO, a company that needs a CFO with stronger listed-company experience, or a CCO with more international experience ahead of overseas expansion. Göran has also carried out a large number of board recruitments where the aim has been to find unique expertise outside the company’s own network. With over ten years of experience in executive search and twenty years of experience from leadership positions across different parts of Life Sciences, Göran has a large network and a thorough understanding of the sector’s specific requirements. 

Göran studied Pharmacy at Uppsala University and has completed several leadership programs at the Stockholm School of Economics, INSEAD, and Columbia Business School, NY. 

Göran has a strong ability to understand people and a sharp analytical mindset. His background and qualities make him well suited to identify the right talent within his areas of expertise.
