Marketing & Access Manager - Denmark

Exeltis is currently seeking a Marketing & Access Manager to join our Scandinavian Women’s Health Care (WHC) Team.

This position is based in Hyllie, Malmö. (Swedish contract)

The purpose of the Marketing & Access Manager is to contribute to the overall development and performance of Exeltis portfolio by defining key stakeholders and securing awareness and competitive market access for Exeltis’ products within the WHC area in Denmark.

Key role responsibilities
• Act in a constructive and solution-orientated manner. Working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Nordic Category Manager, to develop awareness of Exeltis’ portfolio.
• Develop a market- and access plan based on input from earlier experience and insights of the Danish health care structures plus knowledge regarding relevant stakeholders.
• Execute and follow up the market- and access plan customized for Denmark, aligned with the budget and the overall Nordic strategies.
• Create clarity on key priorities, propose, implement and follow-up projects to ensure growth, taking into account the products’ life cycle and patient journey.
• Mapping and establishing solid relationships with KOLs and stakeholders within WHC in order to identify individuals and groups that impose high influence.
• Continuously search for collaboration and access opportunities with relevant stakeholders and organizations. Engage KOLs to arrange educational events for healthcare professionals to raise awareness of Exeltis products.
• Responsible to select, arrange and participate at congresses, exhibitions and scientific meetings.
• Responsible for planning and executing digital promotion and activities in collaboration with the Nordic marketing team.
• Responsible for securing relevant marketing- and promotional material.
• Responsible for the management of the national marketing budget.
• Support in pricing and reimbursement processes
• Report to Scandinavian Sales Manager

Qualifications
• University degree in business, economics, pharmacy or similar fields is required
• 2-4 years of work experience in comparable roles within the pharma industry (e.g., Product Manager/Market Access Manager)
• In depth knowledge of the Danish health care system structures
• Profound understanding of ethical rules and compliance within Danish Pharma.
• Experience with digital marketing required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
• High proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English required
• Experience from Womens’ Health Care Sector is a plus but not required
