Health Care Analyst - Boston Consulting Group, Stockholm

Boston Consulting Group is currently looking to strengthen the Health Care Practice Area Team in Stockholm with an Analyst. As an analyst you will be part of BCG's global Knowledge Team. BCG's Health Care practice is the fastest growing among competitors in Sweden and work with market leaders and important stakeholders in the sectors Biopharma, Medtech, Payers, Providers, and Private Equity to provide professional strategic advice and support in major transformational projects.

BCG is seeking a highly motivated candidate with 2-5 years of work experience specifically from the medtech industry or more broadly from health care organisations. Knowledge about health care systems and/or experience from working with health care providers is a great plus.

The candidate should enjoy fast-paced work environment and be comfortable with handling multiple simultaneous assignments.

Competence

• Academic education with excellent performance, minimum Master's degree, in health care or life-science related field. Preferably also some education or knowledge in business or economics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, ideally as native tongue, and in English minimum requirement.
• Proven analytical skills.

Experience

• High achievements in academic and/or non academic activities e.g. entrepreneurial experience, board assignments, or internships.
• Professional experience from the Medtech industry and/or health care provider organisation.

Personality

To succeed in the role the candidate should be organised, analytical and a problem solver, but it's also critical to have a curious personality and a broad interest in the healthcare industry.
