For our client we are searching a highly motivated Account Manager with focus on Anesthesia business within Norway & Sweden ( Mid-West ).
You have strong social and communication skills and is a negotiator. You are a teamplayer, since collaboration is important, including commercial and medical functions. You will be very important in driving the business forward including input to market access and tenders.
Your responsibilities: Promotion of Anesthesia product portfolio including daily customer interactions (visits, remote and clinical training). Develop and maintain good long-term professional relationship with customers. Participate in developing strategic plans for the product and related services in Norway and Sweden and setting goals together with your manager. Achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies. Preparation of targeted account plans, deliver effective sales presentations, technical product information and demonstrations.
Qualifications: Great understanding of the Anesthesia therapy or minimum 2 years of sales experience is required. Strong negotiation skills with good knowledge about the healthcare system. A genuine drive for sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development. Collaboration and strong team building skills. Selling, educating and informing is natural for you and you are easy to create and develop long-term relationships.
Bachelor´s degree with related healthcare sales experience. A driver´s license is required. Travel is required. Fluent in Norwegian and strong English skills, Swedish is a plus.
