We are currently seeking a field-based Clinical Care Manager in southern Sweden through an expanding pharmaceutical company based in the Öresund region!
You should have previous experience in a sales role within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience, networks, and knowledge in nephrology are required, and experience in CNS (central nervous system) and urology would be advantageous.
As a Clinical Care Manager, you’ll be business-oriented, possess strong social skills, and build professional relationships. You’ll need to absorb scientific information and communicate it convincingly and confidently. A valid driver’s license is a requirement, as well as LIF certification or an approved qualification.

Responsibilities:
Customer Collaboration
- Identify key external stakeholders and develop deep understanding of their needs.
- Understand and act on customer needs.
- Formulate comprehensive, robust, and insight-driven customer plans.
- Ensure objectives, and KPIs are transparent and according to tactics.
- Deliver on agreed objectives and tactics within the accounts to drive performance by:
o Support and advise Healthcare professionals on the correct use of products and service portfolio.
o Differentiation to competitors though innovative offerings with key stakeholders.
o Market surveillance and communicate in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends to key internal stakeholders.
- Operate in a manner that is always in line with compliance and legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies.
- Act as an ambassador of the company brand, its vision, and values
Operational Excellence
- Systematically analyse success of plans (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose miti-gating actions as needed and use learnings to further improve planning and execution.
- Use all available data sources and digital tools to build, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans including – KOL plan’s and regional event plans
Meetings & Events
- Plan and execute events throughout designated territory to drive product awareness and sales.
- Participate in local and international conferences.
- Secure high awareness of and attendance to company online activities.
Other
- Behave ethically, align with regulatory requirements, and adhere to company values and behaviour.
- Travel activities, national and international, are estimated to 20 days per year.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Life Sciences or similar
- LIF education
- MSc. in the scientific domain desirable
Experience
- Experience in a similar role within Nephrology areas a necessity.
- Experience within the field of CNS is a plus.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and driving projects to success.
- Account management experience desirable.
- Knowledge of the Swedish health care system is an advantage.
