The Demand Planning & Operation Manager contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by developing the best support to customers in all 8 North Europe countries through effective management of sales forecasting, product supply, allocation deployment in coordination with European Supply Chain Business Partner while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The incumbent is managing from planning to its execution in close collaboration with the distributors, Customer Service platforms, Global Supply Chain and transversally with local country teams.
